The raffle section is where you spend the Bonus Bucks you earned from previous purchases on TopFeuds. When you buy items as a member of TopFeuds, you earn Bonus Bucks. You can buy as many tickets as you would like in a raffle. If you had enough Bonus Bucks you could even purchase all the tickets making sure you would win the raffle. The more tickets you purchase in the raffle, the greater your chances of winning. Each raffle has a set number of tickets, once purchased those tickets remain declared. TopFeuds selects a winner once all raffle tickets have been sold. The winner is selected at random. Once the winner is declared they have 10 days to claim their prize. You can view the status of your raffle and claim prizes in the My Stuff > My Raffles section. If you return any items you purchased or cancel an order you placed, your Bonus Bucks will be deducted and your raffle tickets shall be removed.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A RAFFLE ?
You must be a member of TopFeuds to participate in the raffle and you must have at least 1 Bonus Buck to purchase a raffle ticket.
HOW DO I EARN BONUS BUCKS?
Purchase items from the SHOP as a member of TopFeuds and you will earn back 5% of your purchase in Bonus Bucks.
MY TICKETS DISAPEARED WHAT HAPPENED?
Either you returned or cancelled an order or a winner has already been declared. When a winner of a raffle is declared and they claim their prize we delete all ticket holder information. If you have purchasde raffle tickets and they are no longer showing in your raffle section and you haven't returned any items from the shop then please view the 'Recent Winners' section in the 'My Raffles' page to see who won the raffle.
I WON A RAFFLE NOW WHAT
Once you claim your prize an order gets created. You may track the progress of this order at the My Orders section. Please be patient as it may take several business days before your package ships.
IS THIS FOR REAL ARE THERE ANY STRINGS ATTACHED?
Yes this is very real and no there are absolutely no strings attached. However, if you return or cancel an order TopFeuds reserves the right to terminate all actuve raffle tickets you hold. |
